1. Booking & Attendance | 預約及出席
All bookings for The Tour and The Experience are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once confirmed.
所有「專人導賞 (The Tour)」及「深度體驗工作坊 (The Experience)」之預約一經確認，恕不設退款、更改或轉讓。
Participants are advised to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled session. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may have their session shortened or canceled without refund.
參加者請於預約時間前 10 分鐘到達。遲到超過 15 分鐘者，其體驗時間可能會被縮短或被取消預約，且不設退款。
2. Workshop Safety & Age Restrictions | 工作坊安全及年齡限制
During The Experience workshop, participants will handle professional tattoo equipment under guidance. OH MY INK assumes no liability for accidental self-inflicted injuries due to negligence or failure to follow instructor guidelines.
於「深度體驗工作坊」期間，參加者將在導師指導下使用專業紋身設備。如因疏忽或未有遵從導師指引而導致個人意外受傷，OH MY INK 概不承擔任何法律責任。
Participants must be aged 12 or above to participate in The Experience workshop. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
「深度體驗工作坊」之參加者必須年滿 12 歲或以上。16 歲以下之未成年人士須由成人陪同參與。
3. Property & Equipment | 財物與設備
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. OH MY INK is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items within the event premises.
參加者須自行妥善保管個人物品。於活動場地內發生的任何個人財物損失或損壞，OH MY INK 概不負責。
Any intentional damage to the AI Try-On machines or workshop equipment will result in compensation liability.
任何蓄意破壞現場 AI 試紋身機或工作坊設備之行為，主辦方將保留追究相關損失及要求賠償的權利。
4. Media & Promotion | 媒體與宣傳
OH MY INK reserves the right to take photos or videos during the event for marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff on-site.
OH MY INK 保留在活動期間進行攝影及錄影之權利，相關素材將用於市場營銷及宣傳用途。如閣下不欲出鏡，請於現場聯絡職員。
5. Final Decision | 最終決定權
OH MY INK reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of OH MY INK shall be final and binding.
OH MY INK 保留隨時修改本條款及細則之權利，恕不另行通知。如有任何爭議，OH MY INK 保留最終決定權。
